Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students unique needs Provide direct instruction and support to students in early childhood or elementary grades Adapt curriculum materials and teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles Work closely with families, support staff, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and share updates Maintain timely documentation and participate in relevant meetings and planning sessions
