Key Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Missouri Special Education (MO SPED) certification required Previous experience working with elementary-level students, especially in grades 35, preferred Strong classroom management and behavior intervention skills Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborative spirit for partnering with classroom teachers, specialists, and families Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
