TEAM Benefits 401k Health/Dental/Vision/Life/Voluntary Insurance Management Development Program TEAM and Travel Discounts Vacation/Well/Holiday Pay Career Advancement Opportunities Referral Bonus Program Responsibilities Perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the hotel Respond promptly to guest room work orders and service calls Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and PTAC issues Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance of guest rooms and hotel facilities Maintain the building exterior and common areas Respond to maintenance emergencies and safety concerns as needed Maintain accurate records of work completed and report issues requiring additional attention Assist the Housekeeping TEAM with maintenance-related needs as necessary Follow all hotel safety standards and procedures Requirements Prior maintenance experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred; willing to train the right candidate Familiarity with basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and PTAC systems Knowledge of fire protection and life safety systems is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent English communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak fluently Ability to lift and move objects weighing 50-100 lbs. Ability to work independently and as part of a TEAM Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent guest service In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form (Form I-9) upon hire.
