The schedule begins at 8 hours per week, with the possibility of increased hours as the student becomes more engaged and comfortable in their educational journey.

Responsibilities include:

Designing and implementing personalized instructional strategies tailored to the students strengths, interests, and needs Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment to encourage participation and build trust Adjusting approach based on ongoing observations and student response, gradually increasing academic time Collaborating with school teams and specialists to maintain continuity of supports Recording progress and providing regular feedback on student engagement and achievements Focusing exclusively on direct instructioncase management duties are not required

Qualifications:
