    • Responsibilities:
    • + Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) + Provide specialized instruction based on student needs + Monitor student progress and maintain documentation + Collaborate with families, therapists, administrators, and support staff + Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
    • Qualifications:
    • + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education + Active Missouri Special Education Teaching Certification + Experience with IEP development and implementation preferred + Strong communication and classroom management skills
