This full-time position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students in grades 7 through 12, managing a caseload of 15-20 individuals and collaborating closely with dedicated colleagues and staff.

Qualifications & Credentials:

Active Montana teaching certificate with special education endorsement (required) Prior experience or strong interest in working with 7th-12th grade students with diverse learning needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet individual educational plans

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students on caseload Provide direct instruction and adaptive support tailored to each students needs Collaborate with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers Track and document student progress, preparing reports and communicating results to parents and colleagues Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment This contract role is available immediately and runs through June 10, 2027. The full-time schedule consists of five days per week, dedicated to making a difference for students with unique abilities.
