Qualifications & Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of 15-20 students, developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide specialized instruction tailored to each students unique abilities Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success Collect and report progress data, ensuring compliance with state and federal special education guidelines Create a welcoming, supportive classroom culture where every student feels valued
