Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Valid teaching certification in Special Education (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably in a self-contained classroom Strong classroom management and behavioral intervention skills Deep understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring Familiarity with evidence-based instructional strategies and accommodations for diverse abilities Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
