Adapt instructional methods and materials to accommodate various learning styles, including students with disabilities and those from diverse cultural backgrounds. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional modifications to enhance student engagement and achievement. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance, progress in technology skills, and behavioral or academic concerns. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement strategies and clear expectations. Analyze student performance data to inform instruction, identify areas for improvement, and support individualized learning plans. Experience Prior classroom teaching experience in elementary or middle school settings, with a focus on technology integration. Demonstrated expertise in using LMS platforms for lesson delivery, assessment administration, and student data management. Experience working with children with special needs or disabilities, including implementing appropriate instructional modifications. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and educational compliance standards. Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation across core subjects such as literacy and math, alongside technology education. Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and collaboration with teaching teams. Background working in private schools or Montessori environments is a plus; certification in special education or related fields is advantageous.
