Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Twos Teacher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will inspire young learners, develop engaging curricula, and create a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes growth in all areas of early childhood education. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help lay the foundation for each child's educational journey. Duties Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans tailored to two-year-olds, incorporating literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning Foster a safe, nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management strategies Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare standards Maintain accurate records of student development, assessments, and daily activities Support early intervention efforts by identifying developmental needs and collaborating with specialists when necessary Experience Prior experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience developing curricula that promote literacy, math skills, and physical activity for toddlers Classroom management skills to create an organized and engaging learning environment Ability to communicate effectively with young children, parents, and team members Certification in first aid and CPR is required or preferred Familiarity with special education strategies, behavior management techniques, and mandated reporting laws Join us to make a meaningful impact on young learners' lives!
