Collaborate with specialists such as speech therapists, behavioral health professionals, and early intervention teams to support children with autism, developmental disabilities, or other special needs. Conduct assessments using standardized testing and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to tailor instruction for each child's unique learning journey. Facilitate activities that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional development in accordance with childhood development principles. Maintain detailed records of each child's progress, behavior management plans, and communication logs with families regarding their child's growth and needs. Lead classroom team members by providing mentorship in classroom management, lesson planning, and implementing best practices in early childhood education. Experience Proven classroom experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, ideally within private or Montessori schools. Demonstrated expertise in special education techniques, including working with individuals with disabilities such as autism or developmental delays. Strong background in curriculum development across core subjects like literacy, math, and physical education tailored for early learners. Experience utilizing learning technology tools to enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement. Knowledge of childhood development milestones, behavior management strategies, and early intervention practices. Familiarity with IEP processes, standardized testing procedures, and behavioral health approaches relevant to early childhood education. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, colleagues, and external specialists to support child welfare and holistic development.
