Qualifications:

Valid Special Education teaching certification (applicable to North Carolina) Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field (Masters preferred) Demonstrated experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Adaptability to new environments and diverse educational teams Passion for helping students succeed academically and personally
