Key Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Teacher license in North Carolina Experience supporting elementary-aged students with diverse learning needs preferred Strong knowledge of IEP implementation, accommodations, and modifications Excellent communication and collaboration skills Compassionate, adaptable, and committed to student growth and success
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized and specialized instruction for elementary school students Support students in resource and inclusion settings Implement and monitor IEP goals, accommodations, and modifications Adapt instruction to meet individual academic and behavioral needs Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, families, and related service providers Monitor and document student progress and provide appropriate interventions
