Qualify:

Active North Carolina TVI license/certification required Experience teaching or supporting students with visual impairments Willingness to work onsite only (no virtual/remote options) Comfortable managing a caseload of 20-23 students with diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction and adaptive curriculum for visually impaired students Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and families Track, document, and communicate student progress Foster an inclusive learning environment to maximize each student's potential
