Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Teaching Certification Experience in elementary and/or middle school special education preferred Skills supporting students with behavioral and physical care needs (including toileting, feeding tubes) Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality instruction and support in an elementary structured support room (6 students) and a middle school co-taught classroom (11 students) Provide individualized and group interventions based on student needs Assist with toileting; coordinate with support staff for physical care routines Collaborate with teaching assistants, behavior technicians, and other educators to foster a supportive learning environment Maintain accurate documentation and foster positive relationships with students and families
