Previous experience working in SEMH, SEN, or a similar educational setting. A high level of resilience and the ability to manage and support challenging behaviour in a calm and effective manner. A genuine passion for supporting and inspiring young people.

Fully qualified teacher status Strong understanding of SEMH and related behavioural strategies. Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
