Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with exceptional needs Adapt lesson plans and materials to support each students educational and behavioral objectives Work collaboratively with general educators, therapists, and support staff Engage with parents and families to monitor student progress and support at-home learning Use data-driven strategies to evaluate and refine instruction Advocate for and uphold a positive, respectful classroom environment
