Make a meaningful impact as a Special Education Case Manager supporting middle school students with diverse needs. This contract opportunity, located near Bristol, New Hampshire, will allow you to work with a passionate, collaborative team committed to helping each learner thrive. In this role, you will primarily manage an 8th-grade caseload of about 20-30 students, part of a larger program serving grades 4 through 8. The student population includes a variety of learning disabilities, but is predominantly comprised of those with Autism and ADHD. Dedicated para support is provided for students who need it. Full-time hours ensure you can build strong relationships and continuity of care for your students from now through June 2027, or until a direct hire is transitioned to the role.

Qualifications:

Hold an active New Hampshire Special Education License (1900 Teaching Endorsement) OR possess sufficient coursework to qualify for a letter of eligibility from the state Board Proven experience serving as a Special Education Teacher or Case Manager Skilled in creating and managing IEPs for a range of learning needs Compassionate, flexible approach with excellent communication and collaboration skills Passion for empowering middle school learners to succeed
