Stevens High School is seeking a Special Education Case Manager to manage and deliver services to students with Individualized Education Plans.

Job Summary:

• Facilitate the special education process following NHDOE regulations
• Implement research based instructional practices aligned to student goals
• Effectively communicate with staff and families
