Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Current and active New Hampshire Special Education Teaching license Demonstrated experience working with middle and high school students (grades 612) Proven ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Skilled in delivering instruction to both individuals and small groups Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and colleagues Understanding of special education compliance and documentation requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct SPED instructional services, both one-on-one and in small group settings Develop, update, and follow IEPs in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team Track student progress and maintain accurate records Adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs Participate in team meetings to support student outcomes Provide a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
