Key Qualifications:

Experience as a Paraprofessional or in a related school support role preferred Understanding of classroom support methods and positive student engagement strategies Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administrators Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High school diploma or equivalent required

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and classroom management Provide direct support to students individually or in small groups Adapt materials and activities for diverse learners Support students social-emotional needs and help maintain a safe, positive climate Aid with documentation and progress tracking as directed
