Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Teacher certification Experience working with elementary-age students, particularly those on the autism spectrum Case management skills with a demonstrated ability to handle a caseload (6 students) Strong communication and collaboration abilities Flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to inclusive education
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized instruction and support to elementary students with autism Manage all aspects of the special education caseload, including IEP planning and progress monitoring Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and therapists to ensure student success Maintain accurate records and participate in regular team meetings
