Lebanon Job Overview:
The Lebanon High School is seeking an 'in-home' Special Education Teacher for the 2025-2026 academic year and beyond. This individual will develop curriculum and provide instruction to support academic, functional, and community skills while fostering a positive learning environment. This is a non-union position. In addition to case management and instructional responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships with students, staff, administration, and families, and the ability to work as a collaborative team member.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in education.
  • A master's degree in education is a plus.
  • NH Certification in General Special Education.
Will consider teaching certifications in other areas as deemed appropriate.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 15 pounds. Specific vision ability required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
