We are seeking a dedicated professional to join an elementary educational setting near Meredith, NH for the fall semester. The assignment runs from late August through December break, providing direct services for a group of approximately 12 students requiring support in reading, math, and executive functioning skills. Youll be part of a collaborative educational environment, working closely with the regular education team to help students achieve their individual goals. Instruction is predominantly small group-based, allowing you to build strong relationships and offer targeted interventions that make a real difference. School hours are 7:55 AM3:25 PM, with service provision occurring between 8:30 AM and 2:45 PM.

Qualifications & Experience:

Active Special Education Teacher certification is required. Previous experience working with elementary students, especially in 5th grade, is preferred. Comfortable providing instruction in reading, math, and executive functioning. Skilled at collaborating with general education teachers and adapting materials for diverse learners. Proficient in managing small groups and delivering individualized instruction.

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct instructional support to students with learning needs in small group settings. Collaborate regularly with the grade-level teaching team to coordinate instruction and ensure student success. Adapt curriculum and lesson plans to meet IEP goals for each student. Track and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where each student feels valued and supported.
