Job Summary:
Mount Prospect Academy is seeking a Special Education Academic Case Manager to join our Education Team in Plymouth, NH. In this in-person role, you'll provide specialized instruction, manage IEPs, and ensure the safety and success of students in a therapeutic school setting. As part of our academic and treatment team, you'll have the unique opportunity to build relationships through classroom engagement and outdoor activities like skiing, hiking, and paddling. We welcome retired public school Special Education teachers this position will not affect your retirement benefits!
Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized instruction and manage IEPs Collaborate with teachers and implement accommodations Monitor student progress and behavioral interventions Maintain compliance with NH education standards
Requirements:
