Category Schools - Special Education Teacher Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact working as a Special Education Teacher serving students from 1st through 11th grade within a collaborative, supportive environment. This contract opportunity allows you to use your expertise in specialized instruction across multiple school buildings within the Keene area, supporting both charter schools and students residing within the district boundaries. Your day-to-day will involve working on-site, addressing the diverse needs of students within three different educational settings: one building housing grades 1-2, another serving grades 9-11, and a third with grades 9-12. Enjoy the variety and engagement that comes with supporting learners at different developmental stages while collaborating closely with staff and administration.

Qualifications:

Active New Hampshire Special Education Teacher certification (required) Proven experience delivering specialized instruction to students with varying needs Flexibility to work in multiple grade levels and adapt instructional approaches accordingly Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to working on-site throughout the contract period
