Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional, teaching assistant, or similar role in a school setting Strong background working 1:1 with pediatric students, including those with special needs Familiarity with behavior management strategies and individualized instruction Ability to build rapport with students and collaborate effectively with teachers and support staff Clear communication skills and a compassionate approach to student care High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant coursework or certification preferred

Responsibilities:
