Job Description
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
Valid Special Education Teacher certification required High school teaching experience preferred, but open to dedicated educators with varying backgrounds Proven ability to collaborate with general education staff and integrate effective instructional strategies Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsKey Responsibilities:
Deliver in-class support to students with special needs within the general education environment Collaborate with teachers to modify curricula and ensure accommodations are met Foster positive and inclusive learning environments that promote student engagement and growth Maintain accurate records and progress reports for student monitoring Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and implementation This contract role allows you to make a significant difference in the daily lives of students by ensuring they receive the services and support necessary for their success.
