Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar classroom support role preferred Familiarity with elementary school curriculum and classroom routines Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, specialists, and fellow support staff Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for working with children Patient, flexible, and compassionate approach to student needs Must be reliable, organized, and committed to maintaining a nurturing learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide instructional support to individual students and small groups as directed by the teacher Assist with classroom management, behavioral support, and transitions throughout the school day Support students with diverse learning needs, helping adapt materials and activities as necessary Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging academic and social-emotional growth Help maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment Contribute to team meetings and communicate student progress to educators as needed
