Assess student progress, adapting curriculum as needed to optimize learning outcomes. Maintain regular communication with parents and caregivers to provide updates on progress and receive feedback. Participate in continuing education and training programs provided by Spectrum360 to improve professional skills. Required Skills Strong understanding of educational needs for children with autism and related disabilities. Experience with behavior management practices and adaptive learning tools. Ability to write and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Solid organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
