Weekend Teacher/Assistant Manager Huntington Learning Center - 3.6 Livingston, NJ Job Details Part-time $18 - $21 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications Behavior management for students with special needs Teamwork Experience working with individuals with disabilities Teaching Certification Parent collaboration Bachelor's degree Parent communication in school administration Front desk Appointment scheduling Classroom Teaching Student engagement classroom management Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Weekend Teacher/Assistant Manager to help supervise young learners during weekend hours with front desk management, student instruction, and evaluation administration. This vital role combines classroom instruction with leadership responsibilities, ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage scheduling/parent communication. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on student development while honing your leadership and teaching skills. Duties Administer evaluations Student instruction Communication with parents regarding scheduling Manage staff on weekend while maintaining a clean, organized environment Requirements Reliability License/form of transportation Knowledge of instruction, classroom management, and behavior management techniques Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is highly desirable Strong communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Teaching certification Bachelor's Degree Hours are flexible!!!! Saturdays- 9am-5pm (flexible!!) Sundays- 10am-6pm (flexible!!) Pay is hourly: ranging from $18-21/hr
