Key Qualifications:

Active Special Education Teacher certification (Illinois endorsement preferred or as required by state guidelines) Proven experience working with students with diverse learning needs in a school setting Ability to create and implement customized lesson plans for students with varying abilities Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized instructional services to students as outlined in their IEPs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess student progress and adjust plans as needed Maintain detailed documentation of attendance, behavior, and academic performance Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
