Qualifications:

Current teaching license with certification in Special Education Experience designing and implementing IEPs Expertise in providing individualized and group instruction Skilled in adapting curriculum and instructional methods to diverse learning needs Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families Ability to maintain detailed records and monitor student progress Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver targeted, pull-out services to students requiring special education support Develop and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families Use evidence-based strategies to help students meet academic, social, and emotional goals Track student development and adjust instructional techniques as needed Collaborate with classroom teachers to coordinate support and transitions Maintain open lines of communication with parents, guardians, and school staff Attend meetings, training, and professional development sessions as required Make a difference in the lives of students while advancing your own skills and experience.
