Special Education Lead Teacher (Intensive Learning Community) Full-Time | Santa Fe, NM Signing Bonus

This is a high-impact, high-support role where your work directly changes student trajectories.

You will:

Deliver targeted instruction aligned to IEP goals Develop, implement, and manage IEPs with fidelity Track and use student data to drive instruction Partner closely with families, teachers, and service providers Build a structured, joyful, and inclusive classroom environment Lead and support paraprofessionals

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree New Mexico Special Education License (by start date) Background check clearance U.S. work authorization

Strongly Preferred:

Experience in Special Education and/or underserved communities Knowledge of the Science of Reading TESOL certification or bilingual skills Experience with

Direct Instruction and SEL Compensation & Benefits Salary:

Level 1: $57,368+ Level 2: $68,832+ Level 3: $80,421+
