Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid teaching certification in Special Education, with appropriate state credentials Background in middle school math instruction or demonstrated proficiency teaching mathematics to grades 6-8 Experience adapting curriculum and employing differentiated instruction for students with varied learning abilities Strong classroom management techniques rooted in empathy and positive reinforcement Excellent communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and staff Ability to implement IEPs, collect data, and monitor student progress Flexibility and creativity to support an inclusive, engaging learning environment

Responsibilities:
