This full-time, onsite contract opportunity will allow you to make a significant impact on learners who are deaf or hard of hearing throughout the upcoming school year, beginning early September 2026 and continuing through early June 2027. Youll be collaborating closely with students, families, and other educational professionals to foster an inclusive and supportive learning experience. Key Qualifications:

Valid state certification as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing (TDHH) Previous experience teaching or supporting students who are deaf or hard of hearing Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and accessible curriculum development Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams Commitment to supporting student growth, independence, and self-advocacy

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored instruction to students with hearing loss Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Adapt materials for accessibility and engage students in both group and individual settings Work alongside other educators and staff to ensure a positive, equitable learning environment Maintain records and progress reports on student growth and engagement Provide advocacy, resources, and support for families Youll be welcomed into a school community that values your specialized skills and provides a supportive professional setting.
