Key Qualifications & Desired Skills:

Certification as a Special Education Teacher Experience working with medically fragile or high-needs children Strong understanding of individualized education program (IEP) implementation Demonstrated patience, empathy, and adaptability Previous 1:1 instructional experience preferred, but not required Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, families, and educational staff

Role Responsibilities:
