Qualifications/Experience Sought:

State certification in Special Education (current and valid) Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or a related field Experience teaching students in grades 3-5 preferred In-depth knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and compliance Ability to differentiate instruction and adapt strategies for varied learning needs Strong communication skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Genuine commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom
