What You'll Bring:

Valid licensure or certification as a Special Education Teacher, with an endorsement for early childhood or preschool (or eligibility in Ohio) Proven experience delivering individualized and group instruction to preschool-aged children with special needs Familiarity with writing, implementing, and tracking Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong classroom management and behavior intervention skills in early learning environments Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with families, staff, and support teams
