This is not a position where you will be left alone to build a schedule from scratch. You will be joining a busy, established chiropractic and wellness practice with a strong flow of patients and referrals. The right therapist should be able to grow a full schedule quickly and will receive a generous commission for their work. Our massage visits are individualized to the person in front of you. Some may involve more traditional therapeutic massage, while others may incorporate assisted stretching, mobility work, and focused soft-tissue therapy. We need someone who can confidently determine what a patient needs, provide excellent hands-on care, and adapt their approach accordingly. You should already be skilled and experienced, but still excited to learn. Mentorship and continued development of your technique will be a meaningful part of this position. We value practitioners who are curious, coachable, and interested in becoming even better at what they do. Just as importantly, we need someone our patients and team can count on. Reliability, professionalism, and clear communication are essential in this role. We understand that unexpected situations happen, but we expect our team members to communicate early, take ownership, and proactively help find solutions when something affects their schedule or patients. Our chiropractors and massage therapists discuss cases, share observations, and co-manage patients so everyone receives thoughtful, coordinated care. We genuinely like to nerd out on cases together, learn from one another, and figure out how we can help each patient get the best possible results. You will be part of the clinical team, not simply working in a separate room. What We're Looking For An active Ohio massage therapy license Strong hands-on skills and confidence working with a variety of patients Experience providing therapeutic, outcome-focused care An interest in assisted stretching, mobility, and other hands-on techniques Excellent communication with patients, providers, and staff Consistent attendance, punctuality, and follow-through A professional who communicates proactively and takes ownership Someone collaborative, coachable, and ready to grow with the practice Schedule and Compensation The general schedule is approximately 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, four days per week, with some flexibility based on the needs of the therapist and the practice.
