Registered Nurse - Surgical Unit LiveWell Homecare Agency Lakewood, OH Job Details 13 hours ago Qualifications RN License BLS Certification Full Job Description We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Critical Care Step Down Unit with a 14-bed capacity. Key responsibilities include providing high-quality patient-centered care for populations such as Congestive Heart Failure, COPD, DKA, and Sepsis . Primary duties involve EKG interpretation Central line care Managing rescue BiPAP, high-flow oxygen, trachs, and vents Assisting with bedside procedures (endoscopies, bronchoscopies) Applying critical thinking, delegation, and time management skills . Collaborate with Patient Care Nursing Assistants, Nurse Interns, Providers, PT, and OT. Qualifications include Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current RN licensure in Ohio Basic Life Support (BLS) certification ACLS certification within six months One year of relevant RN experience for PRN roles, with certifications upon hire. Preferred qualifications encompass a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Professional Certification recognized by the Magnet designation .
