This full-time, contract-based role covers a 12-week maternity leave, beginning September 16, 2026. You'll work in a carefully structured environment, providing essential guidance and support to help every student thrive during an important stage of their educational journey.

Key Qualifications:

Valid Special Education Teaching certification or equivalent credentials Experience working with students with multiple disabilities (MD) preferred Skilled in executing modified curriculum and delivering individualized accommodations Strong classroom management abilities and familiarity with structured routines Ability to develop positive relationships with students, staff, and families Excellent communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide engaging instruction based on modified lesson plans for K-2 learners with multiple disabilities Implement individualized education plans (IEPs), accommodations, and supports to meet student goals Foster a safe, supportive, and well-organized classroom environment Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure continuity and quality of care Monitor student progress and maintain thorough, confidential records Communicate regularly with families regarding student achievements and needs You'll gain valuable experience in a focused, inclusive setting and have the chance to make a meaningful difference in your students' lives.
