9661426-43068 Job Description Make a meaningful difference in the lives of middle school students as an Intervention Specialist in a dynamic and supportive environment. Three full-time contract openings are available, each offering the chance to work with diverse student populations and collaborate with passionate educators.

Position options include:

Cross-Categorical Intervention Specialist, General Intervention Specialist, and a role focused on students with multiple disabilities (MDLIC).

Key Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Valid licensure or certification in Special Education (Intervention Specialist) for the state of Ohio Experience instructing middle school students preferred Familiarity with cross-categorical and/or multiple disability settings is a plus Strong collaborative skills to partner with educators, paraprofessionals, and support staff Dedication to building inclusive, engaging learning experiences Strong communication and classroom management abilities

Core Responsibilities:

Provide specially designed instruction in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Develop lesson plans tailored to varied learning needs and instructional settings Foster a positive, well-managed classroom climate Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and paraprofessionals Engage cooperatively with families and school-based teams Maintain accurate records and comply with district, state, and federal guidelines
