1 Intervention Specialist (BFLIC SPED, behavioral unitmaximum 12 students, 1 para per class) 2 Intervention Specialists (MDLIC SPED, multiple disabilitiesmaximum 8 students, 2 paras per class) 1

Cross-Categorical SPED Qualifications:

Active Special Education Teacher licensure (Ohio or eligible for reciprocity) Experience with behavioral, multiple disabilities, and/or cross-categorical classrooms preferred Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom environment Strong communication and collaborative skills

Core Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective, individualized educational strategies Work closely with paras and support staff to ensure student success Collaborate with administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate records and manage IEP goals
