Our local Early Intervention team, serving families of children birth through 3 years of age whose child is experiencing a developmental delay, is recruiting for a Developmental Specialist . The position works within a multi-disciplinary team conducting eligibility evaluations, child and family assessments, and providing evidence-based strategies to promote the child's learning and development within the natural environment. A Bachelor's Degree is required in child development, education, health, social or behavioral science, social or human services, or related field. Experience in infant and toddler development and special needs is required. This position is full-time and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation is based upon experience. The Board will assist qualified candidates in obtaining certification through the Department of Developmental Disabilities.
