Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that integrate religious teachings, curriculum standards, and innovative educational technology to meet diverse learning styles. Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management strategies, ensuring a safe and respectful environment conducive to learning. Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technology tools to deliver instruction, assess student progress, and facilitate parent communication. Adapt instructional methods and materials to accommodate students with special needs, including those with autism or requiring differentiated instruction. Conduct assessments using standardized testing and analyze student performance data to inform instructional modifications and support academic growth. Collaborate with faculty members on curriculum development, school initiatives, and interdisciplinary projects to enhance the overall educational experience. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavioral concerns, and upcoming events, fostering strong home-school partnerships. Experience Proven classroom management skills with experience working with children from diverse cultural backgrounds in a school setting. Demonstrated ability to develop engaging lesson plans across subjects such as literacy education, math, physical education, and early childhood education. Experience implementing curriculum development strategies aligned with educational compliance and regulation standards within private or faith-based schools. Familiarity with educational technology integration including LMS platforms, instructional modifications, and learning styles adaptability. Prior experience working with students requiring special education accommodations or behavioral support is highly desirable. Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and faculty collaboration in a team-oriented environment. Background in childhood development, preschool or early childhood education, along with knowledge of Montessori or other specialized teaching methodologies is a plus. Pay:
$22.74 - $27.39 per hour Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
