Current state certification as a Special Education Teacher Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong understanding of various learning disabilities and special needs Ability to adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and colleagues Passion for fostering an inclusive classroom atmosphereCore Responsibilities:
