Must be over the age of 18 and have a high school diploma/GED. Successful experience in working with students. Must be resourceful and positive and have the ability to work as a team member. Professionally represents the school and the district in interactions with staff, students, parents and the community. Must be flexible, self-motivated, and self-monitoring. Ability to deal in an empathetic manner with students. Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents. Strong computer and organizational skills required.
