Skills Proven experience in early childhood education or preschool settings with classroom management expertise. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, literacy education, math instruction, and curriculum development. Familiarity with special education practices, including working with children with disabilities and implementing IEP goals. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, colleagues, speech therapists, and behavioral specialists. Ability to design differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of learners with autism or other developmental delays. Experience in behavioral health techniques such as behavioral therapy and behavior management strategies. Proficiency in using standardized testing tools for assessment purposes and tracking student progress effectively. Knowledge of Montessori or preschool methodologies is a plus; certification in early intervention or speech therapy is desirable.
