Emotional Support and Learning Support Pay Range:

$39-$55 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Responsibilities The selected educators will provide specialized instruction and academic support to students with varying learning and behavioral needs. Responsibilities may include implementing IEP goals, adapting lessons, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with classroom teachers and related-service professionals. The role may involve moving between classrooms or assignments to provide support in both Emotional Support and Learning Support settings. Requirements Candidates must hold, at minimum, an Emergency Special Education Certificate in Pennsylvania or another qualifying PA credential that permits them to provide special education services. Applicants with an Instructional I or Instructional II Special Education certification will be prioritized for consideration. Successful candidates should have strong classroom-management skills, effective communication abilities, and the flexibility to work with students across the K-8 grade span.
